As a Health Coach I help recreational athletes of all abilities, drop some pounds, get fitter, stronger and leaner without burning out or having to attend a gym (unless you want to of course). I’ll show you that you don’t need to overtrain or do copious amounts of exercise in order to get the results specific to you. I know that everyone is individual and needs a bespoke plan that works for them. My coaching is about determining the least you can do to still achieve your fitness goals. This course is for anyone who wants to take their fitness (including running if thats for you) to the next level by helping you become a faster, stronger, and more durable athlete, not just for today, but for life. Maybe you’re returning to exercise after a period of time off or just starting to explore it as part of your new fitness lifestyle along with your own specific goals. If that’s the case then maybe we can work together.

I don’t do meal plans, BUT If you follow my simple hacks and advice, I guarantee you will lose body fat. I’ll simplify your nutritional needs without the need for calorie counting, extensive meal planning or depriving yourself of your favourite foods and drinks including alcohol and chocolate. I’ll show you the proven, easiest and best way to structure your eating within a full day for optimal results. I’ll bust some nutritional myths that we’ve all been led to believe, but in actual fact are just nonsense as the fitness industry is running about 20 years behind the research. This can all be incorporated whilst still maintaining weight loss goals and fitness levels, not to mention a social life.

Remember you are not your thoughts and your thoughts are not reality. And by the way, 90% of our thoughts are useless anyway. Take comfort from that.

The beginner package is an affordable 12 week training program for a total of  £119.99 or (equivalent to £9.99 per week, roughly £1.40 a day). This has been tried, proven and tested with previous clients and includes everything you need to drop body fat, tone up and become a fitter, happier and stronger version of yourself without deprivation like counting calories, giving up alcohol or over-training. This will be a one off program delivered by e-mail to your inbox and will include a blend of just the right amount of Cardio, Strength and Nutritional advice which will give you everything you need to succeed. This online Beginner program is really for anyone who is serious about making a positive change in their life. It appeals to clients who are  starting out on their fitness journey or clients returning to fitness after a period of time off, and is ideal if you are happy to train on your own or with others. The Accountability package is a 12 week training program which will involve a thorough consultation which will enable your program to be tailored specifically to your goals. This has all the extra features of the above package but you will have  constant e-mail access and guidance from me when needed. I offer a bi-weekly check in call and weekly Q&A questionnaire to keep things on track. This training program will be sent out in 3 blocks of 4 weeks on every 4th week of the training block. This means the program can be tailored monthly to your progress and adapted and changed if need be after our Q&A and progress call.

The Advanced package is an ongoing rolling 12 week training program for the more serious athlete. This will include a thorough consultation to address what your specific goals are and will be predominately aimed at runners aiming to get there 5k, 10k, Half Marathon and beyond times down in a structured proven and time efficient manner. You will have regular e-mail access and guidance from me when needed. I offer a once a week check in call and a weekly Q&A questionnaire which lets me know where your at in the training plan so I can structure the following week accordingly. The training program will be fully specific to your training goals and sent out on a weekly basis which allows for all alterations and customisation based on your weekly feedback.
